Our secret for super soft dinner rolls? Increase your oven temperature to 220 °C and bake for a shorter cooking time. Your buns will be outstanding!
Mix all ingredients and knead for 20 minutes with a bread machine or by hand. Or knead for 10 minutes with a kneading machine. Cover the dough with cling film and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
Flatten the dough with your hand and divide it into 8 portions. Flatten them into a round 1 cm thick on a plate. Lay them on greaseproof paper on a baking sheet leaving a large gap between them.
Brush them with milk and dust them with Surprima-plus. Cover them again with cling film and leave them to rise for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Just before baking them press down with your thumb to make a hole in the middle and dust them again with Surprima-Plus.
Bake them for 12 to 15 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 220 °C.
